Chris is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, healthcare entrepreneur, and CEO of ICON Anesthesia. Before pursuing nurse anesthesia education, Chris worked in pharmaceutical sales and explored several entrepreneurial ventures. Those early experiences shaped his perspective on business, relationships, and problem-solving, interests he continued to develop throughout his healthcare career. As both a clinician and a business owner, Chris understands the administrative challenges that pull attention away from patients and people. Those experiences informed his work with ICON Anesthesia/Exchange, Health Pro Solutions, Syntrx, and Credential EZ, each focused on simplifying workforce management, credentialing, and the everyday responsibilities of running a healthcare organization.

A former president of the Massachusetts Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Chris believes that giving back is a personal and professional responsibility. He is committed to sharing knowledge, experience, and lessons learned to help others grow as leaders and contribute to a stronger future for the nurse anesthesia profession.
