Leslie Awasom is a CRNA turned real estate investor and co-founder of XSITE Capital, a private equity firm managing $276 million in multifamily real estate assets.
After spending years working as a CRNA at Johns Hopkins Hospital and University of Maryland, Leslie realized that high income doesn't equal wealth — and started investing in real estate while still working full-time. What began as a single-family condo with his brother grew into a multifamily real estate portfolio and eventually XSITE Capital.
